Day 124: Have Fun and Fund Fun from My Study

It is impossible to treat studying my certifications like something that is merely a process to get me some where. If I have that kind of attitude, I will not be able to go long. I must find fun and enjoyment from it by various means.

Test taking tip: Comprehension and Numbers

While I was taking 70-293 the first time, I was tired and rushed many questions without reading them carefully.

After studying some test bank questions, I realized that I must pay attention to key words that are related to quantities and numbers because numbers provide me important cues of how to understand and answer the questions.

Day 122: New Start

This time, I am going to prepare well before taking my exam. I plan to take my next two exams on July 6.

The exams are 70-293 and 70-298.
The main study materials will be test banks, videos, and textbooks. I will now study around 100 questions + necessary video and other reading a day until the exam day.

Wasteful Activities

Wasteful activities are activities that will not directly or indirectly contribute to the success of my goals and survival.

Such activities include reading political news, reading Kanji news, doing IT, thinking about things that can't and shouldn't be done, overly sleep, browsing websites about computer news, parts, and bargins without a purpose.

I must make a choice and limit the time on these activities.
To achieve my goals as soon as possible, I must limit my time on these wasteful activities as much as possible.

Let me list these things out so I can target them and choose not to do them or limit my time on doing them.

1. Reading news
a. English news - read it daily for 15 minutes.
b. Kanji news - only read it on Saturday for an hour.
2. Doing IT
Only do it on Friday Once
3. Reading Computer bargin and IT websites without specific purpose:
Only do it on Friday Once
4. Overly sleep
I must sleep early, wake up early, work out in the morning, and sleep 8 hours a day.
Don't sleep in the afternoon.

Knocked Off the Track

Overall, I think I was knocked off my track to complete my goals - acquire several certifications because I didn't expect to be hit and suddenly have to worry additional issues.

To fix it, I need to do new actions that will reverse the negative effects brought by the accident. I have no idea why God gives me this. He may be training me to be able to multitask better.
